How do I return an item?
KKS Designs will refund the purchase price or replace the product if there is an error made on the ring size, ring width, or the spelling of the engraved text. The item in question needs to be received by KKS Designs within 15 calendar days from the time you received the item. If KKS Designs is determined to have shipped the incorrect product, the shipping costs you incurred will be reimbursed up to, but not to exceed $10. KKS Designs will replace the product or refund the purchase price within 7 business days.
